Serenity is a compact pen with a nice grip and weight while being well balanced. The wavy clip, designed by Aaron, adds an elegant feminine flair. The Hawaiian Koa is inlaid with Italian acrylic and crushed opal.  The metal hardware is plated with titanium oxide. 
 
As with all pens made by Lau Lau Woodworks, it is water and chemical resistant because of the special finish applied to each pen. This takes a Parker style refill.
